The San Juan Sector is located in the stunning San Juan Mountains in Nosara, strategically positioned at the intersection of Nosara, Los Ángeles, and Garza. Just 15-20 minutes from pristine beaches such as Guiones, Peladas, and Garza, this area offers the perfect balance of accessibility and natural beauty.

Phase 1 encompassed 2 hectares, it was subdivided into 5 prime lots facing a public road, each offering breathtaking ocean and mountain views. Some lots provide panoramic vistas from Punta Guiones all the way to Cabo Blanco in Malpaís! All lots have access to water and electricity (technical study for ASADA is approved), all have front to a public road, and feature municipal land usage (up to 70%). They all have titled planos, making them ready for development.

Phase 2 (Finca la Chora) consisted of a 6,600-square-meter which recently was subdivide into 4 lots. Each lot offers stunning views of the mountains and partial oceanviews to Sámara area, including the iconic Chora Island.
